A traditional matured meat product from Valtellina. "Punta D’Anca" is made from choice cuts of Brazilian leg of beef. It is thick and firm, and almost completely fat-free.

Choice cuts of beef are left to mature slowly for just the right length of time – never more than 5-6 months. The result is a tender, attractive cut of meat with a delightful aroma. It literally melts in the mouth.
