"Come Una Volta" (As It Once Was) is a salami with all the flavour of tradition. Choice fresh pork from the best Italian herds is squeezed into skins without the addition of additives or preservatives like Ascorbic Acid and nitrites. Produced by hand, this salami is left to mature slowly in its own time in naturally ventilated rooms. .
The mixture is minced using plates with a hole diameter of 6 mm. Fat content is less than 15% of total weight. It is pressed into skins of natural intestine and tied by hand.
Pork, salt, sucrose and spices. Contains no antioxidants, preservatives or milk powder.
