La Grande is made from selected cuts of Italian shoulder of pork, ham and cheek. It is pressed into a synthetic skin and cooked at a temperature of 73°C for 18-20 hours. It has a strong taste and aroma.

Only fresh Italian meat is used. The lean parts come from the leg and shoulder, while the fatter parts come from carefully selected lard. La Grande is cooked slowly to ensure just the right aroma.

Pork, salt, casein, sugar, and natural herbs and spices. Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate (E301). Preservative: Sodium Nitrite (E250). Does not contain milk powder or polyphosphates.
