Only lean cuts of pork are used for this exclusive salami. Fat content is less than 25% of the mix, which is minced using plates with a hole diameter of 3 mm. Artificial skins are used, and the product is matured for two months.


Pork, salt, milk protein, dextrose, lactose, fructose, and natural herbs and spices. Antioxidants: Ascorbic Acid (E300) and Sodium Ascorbate (E301).. Preservative: Potassium Nitrate (E252).
